1. No Affiliation Disclaimer

PTCBprep is a product of Arteura LLC. PTCBprep is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) or any other certification body. "PTCB," "PTCE," "CPhT," and related terms are trademarks of their respective owners. All exam preparation content is independently created and does not use actual PTCB exam questions, proprietary materials, or copyrighted content from the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board.

2. Educational Purpose Only

PTCBprep provides supplemental study materials for educational purposes only. Our flashcards, practice exams, and study guides are designed to help users prepare for the PTCE but are not a substitute for formal education, official study materials, or professional instruction. We do not guarantee that our content reflects the exact content, format, or difficulty of the actual PTCE exam.

3. No Guarantee of Exam Results

PTCBprep does not guarantee that you will pass the PTCE or any other certification exam. Exam results depend on many factors including individual preparation, study habits, prior knowledge, and the specific exam content. PTCBprep is not liable for any exam failure, delayed certification, lost wages, career setbacks, or any other damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Arteura LLC and PTCBprep shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from: (a) your use or inability to use the service; (b) any exam results or certification outcomes; (c) unauthorized access to or alteration of your data; (d) any other matter relating to the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

5. Subscription and Payment

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or as a one-time lifetime payment through Stripe. Monthly subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You may cancel at any time through your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

6. Refund Policy

All sales are final. No refunds will be issued for any subscription plan, including monthly and lifetime plans. By purchasing a subscription, you acknowledge that you have had the opportunity to evaluate our free tier before committing to a paid plan. We encourage all users to thoroughly test the free tier before upgrading.

7. Content Ownership and Restrictions

All content on PTCBprep, including flashcards, exam questions, explanations, study guides, and blog posts, is the intellectual property of Arteura LLC. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution of our content may result in account termination and legal action.

8. Account Terms

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Lifetime plans are licensed to a single device. Sharing accounts or credentials is prohibited and may result in account termination without refund. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

9. Content Accuracy

While we strive to ensure the accuracy of all content, pharmacy regulations and drug information change frequently. PTCBprep content is not a substitute for current FDA guidelines, state pharmacy law, or official PTCB study materials. Always verify critical information with authoritative sources.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of PTCBprep after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Georgia.
