Refund Policy

No Refunds

All sales are final. PTCBprep does not offer refunds for any subscription plan, including monthly Full Access and one-time Lifetime plans.

We offer a generous free tier that includes 20 flashcards, 3 mini exams, and limited Play & Learn access so you can evaluate the quality of our content before committing to a paid plan. We strongly encourage all users to thoroughly test the free tier before upgrading.

Cancellation

Monthly subscriptions can be canceled at any time through your billing settings. When you cancel, your access continues until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time.

Lifetime Plans

Lifetime plans are a one-time purchase and are non-refundable. Lifetime access is tied to a single device. Device transfers are available by contacting support@arteura.com.

Exam Results Disclaimer

PTCBprep is not liable for exam results. Failing the PTCE or any other certification exam does not entitle you to a refund. PTCBprep is a supplemental study tool, not a guarantee of exam success.
