Refund Policy

All Sales Are Final

All purchases made through arteura.com/paralegal are final and non-refundable. This applies to monthly subscriptions, annual subscriptions, and one-time Lifetime Access purchases. By completing any purchase, you acknowledge and accept this policy.

Monthly and Annual Subscriptions

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Billing portal (Dashboard, then Billing, then Manage Billing). Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period; you retain full access until that date.

No refunds, credits, or prorated amounts will be issued for any partial or full billing period, whether or not you used the Service during that period. If you cancel mid-period, you will not be charged again, but no refund will be provided for the remaining days.

Lifetime Access

The Lifetime Access Plan is a single, irrevocable purchase. No refunds will be issued for Lifetime Access purchases under any circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to, dissatisfaction with the Service, failure to use the Service, failure to pass the Certified Paralegal (CP) exam, or changes in personal circumstances.

Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute for any legitimate purchase constitutes a breach of our Terms of Service. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in immediate and permanent account termination, referral to collections, and a permanent ban from the Service.
