Are the questions original?
All flashcards and practice questions are original, independently developed content. They are not copied from NALA or any third-party publisher.
How does the pass threshold work?
For mini and full exams, you need to score 90% or higher for the attempt to count as "passed" in your metrics. This ensures you have strong command of the material before the real exam.
What content areas are covered?
All five CP exam content domains: Communications, Ethics, Legal Research, Substantive Law, and Judgment & Analytical Ability.
