1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using CPAprep by Arteura, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

CPAprep provides CPA exam preparation materials including flashcards, mini exams, full practice exams, and study tools. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the AICPA, NASBA, or any state board of accountancy.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. One account per person; sharing accounts is prohibited. Lifetime access is licensed to a single device.

4. Subscription and Payment

Paid plans are billed monthly, annually, or as a one-time lifetime purchase through Stripe. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can cancel at any time from your billing page.

5. Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day refund policy from the date of first purchase. Contact support@arteura.com within 14 days for a full refund. Lifetime purchases are refundable within 14 days. After 14 days, all purchases are final.

6. Content Disclaimer

Our exam preparation content is designed to help candidates study for the CPA exam but does not guarantee passage. Question content, difficulty, and coverage are based on publicly available exam blueprints. Actual CPA exam content is determined by the AICPA.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, including questions, explanations, flashcards, and study materials, is owned by Arteura. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially use our content without written permission.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraud, or misuse the service. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support.

9. Limitation of Liability

CPAprep is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for exam outcomes, service interruptions, or data loss beyond the amount you paid in the last 12 months.
