All Sales Are Final

All purchases of NREMTprep subscriptions and plans are final. We do not offer refunds for any reason. This policy applies to all subscription types, including monthly plans, annual plans, and Lifetime access plans.

Why We Have a No-Refund Policy

NREMTprep is a digital service that provides immediate access to study materials, flashcards, mini exams, and full-length exam simulations upon purchase. Because our content is delivered instantly and can be accessed immediately after payment, we cannot issue refunds.

We encourage all prospective customers to use our free tier before purchasing a paid plan. The free tier gives you access to a sample of our flashcards and mini exams with no credit card required, so you can evaluate the quality and format of our content before making a purchase decision.

Cancellation of Monthly Subscriptions

If you are on a monthly subscription plan, you may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. When you cancel:

• Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period
• You will not be charged for future months after cancellation
• No partial refunds are issued for the remaining days in your current billing period
• Your study data and progress will be retained in case you choose to resubscribe in the future

Lifetime Plans

Lifetime plans are one-time purchases that grant permanent access to NREMTprep. Lifetime plans are non-refundable under all circumstances. By purchasing a Lifetime plan, you acknowledge that:

• The purchase is final and non-refundable
• You have had the opportunity to evaluate the Service through the free tier before purchasing
• Lifetime access means access for the lifetime of the Service, not guaranteed indefinitely

No Guarantee of Exam Results

NREMTprep does not guarantee that you will pass the NREMT examination. Exam outcomes depend on many factors including your prior knowledge, study habits, exam-day performance, and the specific questions on your exam. Failure to pass the NREMT exam is not grounds for a refund.

NREMTprep is not affiliated with the National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians (NREMT). Our study materials are independently developed and are not official NREMT products.

Billing Disputes

If you believe you have been charged in error (for example, a duplicate charge or a charge after cancellation), please contact us at support@arteura.com within 30 days of the charge. We will investigate and correct any billing errors promptly.

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or credit card company without first contacting us may result in suspension of your account. We ask that you reach out to us first so we can resolve any billing issues directly.

Promotional Offers and Discounts

Promotional pricing and discount codes are applied at the time of purchase and cannot be applied retroactively. If you purchased a plan at full price and a promotional offer becomes available later, the difference is not refundable. Promotional offers may have their own terms and conditions, which will be stated at the time of the promotion.
