Log Your Mistakes
Keep a simple spreadsheet or notebook with the question topic, why you missed it, and the correct reasoning. Categorize errors as knowledge gaps, misreading the question, or changing a correct answer.
Find the Patterns
After 100 or more questions, review the log. If several mistakes cluster around one area such as pediatrics or OB, make it your next study priority. If errors come from misreading, slow down and underline key words.
Close the Loop
Revisit weak topics with targeted reading and new questions after a few days. Retest yourself in a week to ensure improvement. This feedback loop is far more efficient than studying everything equally.
