How the Method Works
Work in focused blocks of 25 minutes, followed by a 5-minute break. After four blocks, take a longer break of 15 to 30 minutes. The structure reduces procrastination and mental fatigue.
Planning Your Blocks
Assign each block a single goal such as 15 practice questions or one flashcard deck. Silence your phone and keep notes on distractions to deal with later. Even two blocks a day add up quickly.
Adjusting for Your Life
Shift workers can study before or after shifts, and a quiet block during a break can still help. Consistency matters more than length. Track completed blocks to stay motivated.
