Choose the Right Group
Aim for three to five committed classmates with similar goals. A mix of strengths helps, since explaining a topic to someone else is one of the best ways to learn it yourself.
Structure the Session
Set an agenda, choose a topic for each meeting, and time-box activities. Quiz each other with scenarios, practice patient assessments out loud, and review missed practice questions together. Rotate who leads each session.
Avoid Common Pitfalls
Do not let sessions become a replacement for individual study. Keep phones away and stick to the plan. Share resources, but verify information with textbooks and current guidelines.
