Arteura holds every piece of content to the highest standard of accuracy, relevance, and independence. This policy outlines how we maintain that commitment.
Accuracy
Every question, answer choice, and explanation published on Arteura is verified against authoritative sources before it reaches a single student. We cross-reference official exam content outlines, peer-reviewed publications, and industry standards to confirm that every piece of content is factually correct and professionally relevant.
Questions are tested for clarity, correctness, and alignment with current exam blueprints before publication. If a question does not meet our standards, it does not go live. We treat accuracy as non-negotiable, because your exam score depends on it.
Review Schedule
Every active question bank undergoes a full review cycle every quarter. We verify accuracy, update references, and retire questions that no longer align with current exam specifications.
When a governing body updates an exam blueprint or specification, we trigger a full content audit for that product. No student studies outdated material on our platform.
User-reported issues are monitored continuously. If a student flags a question, our team investigates immediately rather than waiting for the next scheduled review.
Corrections
No content library is perfect. When an error is reported or discovered, we follow a strict correction process:
Every error report is reviewed by our content team within 24 hours of submission.
If the error is confirmed, the corrected content is published within 48 hours. We do not wait for batch updates.
Affected users are never penalized in scoring for errors on our end. Your progress stays accurate.

Independence
Arteura is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any exam governing body. This includes BACB, SHRM, HRCI, PTCB, NCARB, PMI, NBRC, NCSBN, and every other certifying organization whose exams we help students prepare for.
We do not receive compensation, exam content, or preferential access from any testing organization. There are no backdoor deals, no special arrangements, and no conflicts of interest influencing our content.
Our recommendations and study strategies are based solely on published research and learning science, not paid partnerships or affiliate arrangements.
Original Content
All content on Arteura is written in-house and is 100% original. We do not license, scrape, purchase, or reuse questions from any other prep provider.
We do not use leaked, retired, or stolen exam questions. Our practice questions are designed to test the same competencies as the real exam, but they are entirely our own creation.
This commitment to original content means students can trust that they are building genuine competency, not memorizing answers to questions they might never see on test day.
